When you begin using the Spotscan+ Coach app, we'll guide you through a quick skin analysis. Simply share a few details about yourself, like your age and skin type, then let our AI tools scan your face. You'll receive your personalized results, including your GEA Grade (your acne severity level), a refined understanding of your skin type, and even product recommendations curated just for you!

WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA DOES SPOTSCAN+ COACH COLLECT?

Spotscan+ Coach prioritizes your privacy. We only collect essential information to personalize your experience and improve our services. Here's what we collect through Spotscan+:

Basic information: including your gender, age, and skin type, which helps tailor the content and recommendations to your needs.
GEA score: we record your Global Acne severity score (GEA) at the beginning of your journey to understand your acne profile.

Here's what we DO NOT store:

Photos: your selfies are immediately deleted after analysis, ensuring your visual data remains private.
Detailed blemish information: we don't keep records of the specific number of pimples, pigmented marks, lesions, darkheads or blackheads detected.
Dermatological history: any information about your past or present dermatological treatments is not stored.
